A practical calorie and macro target, rest vs. training day splits, meal-building templates, grocery lists, timing suggestions (pre/post-workout), and weekly check-in adjustments. No medical advice—just safe, general guidance.
How do Hybrid plans work?
You choose your available days for sport and fitness. We create a periodized split with skill work, tactical elements, and gym sessions that complement—not compete with—your sport. The schedule scales to your time and experience.
