How quickly will I receive my plan?
Usually within minutes after you complete checkout and the survey; in rare cases up to 24 hours due to provider queues.
Do I need a gym membership?
No. Plans adapt to your equipment—full gym, home setup, or bodyweight. We also suggest substitutions if something isn’t available.
Is this the same as hiring a personal trainer?
It’s a lower-cost alternative focused on convenience and personalization. You get a structured program tailored to your inputs without ongoing live coaching.
What if I have an injury or limitation?
List any limitations in the survey. Your plan includes safer substitutions and loading guidelines. Always consult your physician for medical clearance—this is training guidance, not medical advice.
Can you include nutrition?
If requested in the survey, we include simple, non-clinical calorie and macro guidelines. Full meal plans or medical nutrition therapy are not provided.
What’s included in the file?
A clean PDF with weekly overview tables, day-by-day sessions, coaching cues, and a progression plan (typically 6–8 weeks).
Can I request revisions?
Your purchase includes one personalized plan. Revisions are not included by default, but you can contact support at support@active-ai.org and we’ll do our best to help.
Refunds?
Because each plan is a customized digital product, orders are generally non-refundable once delivered. See our Refund Policy for details.
I didn’t receive the email—what should I do?
Check spam/junk, promotions, and any filtered tabs. If it’s not there within 30 minutes, contact support@active-ai.org and include your order email.
